• Employee Identification Data: Name, employee ID, department, job title, and company email address.
• Attendance Data: Check-in/check-out timestamps, leave requests, and working hours.
• Location Data: GPS coordinates collected only during attendance actions (Punch In/Punch Out) to verify location boundaries.
• Device Data: Device type, operating system, and app version for system security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Information

All data collected is used exclusively for HR and administrative purposes within Reach Group, including:

• Recording and managing attendance and leave requests.
• Generating internal HR reports.
• Enhancing app performance and reliability.
• Ensuring compliance with company attendance policies.

3. Data Retention

Personal and attendance data are retained only as long as required for legitimate business and HR purposes or as required by UAE employment law. Once data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

4. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to safeguard employee data, including encryption in transit (SSL), role-based access control, and secure cloud infrastructure. Only authorized HR and IT personnel can access sensitive data.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Reach Go does not sell, rent, or share employee information with external parties. Limited data access may occur with trusted service providers (e.g., Microsoft 365, cloud hosting) strictly under confidentiality and data protection agreements.

6. Location Services

The app uses location data only when an employee performs attendance actions (Punch In or Punch Out). Reach Go does not track employee movement continuously or in the background.

7. Children’s Privacy

Reach Go is strictly for professional use and not intended for children under 18 years of age.

8. Employee Rights

Employees have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data. Requests should be submitted through the HR department or the official communication channels of Reach Group.

9. Third-Party Services

Reach Go may integrate with internal or third-party systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS) for secure authentication, reporting, or backup. These services comply with industry data protection standards.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Any updates will be communicated internally to all employees.
